Claude White was appointed to serve as Grace Baptist Church’s Pastor on: March 28, 2014.
The attributes that best describe Pastor White as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He is humbled and pleased to lead a church like Grace Baptist Church, where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor White takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.
Pastor White is a graduate of Trinity International University of Deerfield, Illinois (B.A., Christian Ministries), Lincoln Christian Seminary (M.Div., New Testament) and presently studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (PhD., Biblical Studies).
Pastor White serves as Lecturer within the Church Missions Division for the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education Auxiliary of National Baptist Convention; USA Incorporated. Pastor White is President of the Peoria Baptist Minister’s Alliance and serves as a Chaplain of Unity Point Hospital. Pastor White is married to the former Renée M. Taylor and has 3 children. Pastor White’s personal philosophy is rooted in leading sinners to a new life in Christ.
